How do I get started with WhyLog?

Create a free account, complete the onboarding wizard to set up your organization, then connect GitHub and add your repositories in Settings. See our documentation for a full walkthrough.

Does WhyLog store my source code?

No. WhyLog only processes pull request metadata — titles, descriptions, labels, and file names. Your actual source code is never collected or stored.

How are engineering decisions captured?

When a pull request is merged in a connected repository, WhyLog uses AI to draft an architectural decision record from the PR context. Your team can review and approve it from the dashboard or directly in Slack.

How it works

Which integrations does WhyLog support?

WhyLog integrates with GitHub and GitLab for repository monitoring, and Slack for approval notifications. Connect them from your Settings page after signing in.

How do I cancel my subscription or request a refund?

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your paid features remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of your initial purchase.
