Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window

Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription purchase. This policy allows you to try WhyLog risk-free. If you are not satisfied within your first 14 days, we will return your payment in full.

Subscription Renewals

Renewals are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, please cancel your subscription through your billing settings before your renewal date. You will retain access to your paid features through the end of the current billing cycle.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
