1. Introduction

These terms are governed by NubroTech, operating the WhyLog platform at whylog.nubrotech.com. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Subscription Plans

WhyLog offers several subscription tiers to fit your needs:

• Starter: $0/month for basic features.
• Team: $29/month or $290/year.
• Growth: $79/month or $790/year.

3. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated by Paddle at checkout.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to abuse the service, including but not limited to: scraping content, attempting to bypass rate limits, or using the platform for any illegal activities. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the WhyLog platform, including the software, design, and trademarks, are owned by NubroTech.

8. Limitation of Liability

NubroTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of WhyLog. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
